We are thrilled to welcome you to join us at ‘The Oaks’ – in Church Stretton for a Mindfulness retreat.
The retreat will be held from Friday 2nd March 2018 until Sunday 4th March 2018.
Mindfulness is an ancient eastern practice – and is a very simple form of meditation. It enables you to quieten your mind and take control of your own focus of attention. Instead of you passively allowing it to focus on negative or distressing thoughts.
By learning to focus your attention, you can prevent past or future worries taking over your thinking. This in turn will effect positively how you are feeling right now.
We invite you to join us on Friday 2nd March 2018 arrivals from 4.30pm where you will be shown to your rooms – which will be shared accommodation.
Hopefully everyone will have arrived by 7pm, when we will share our welcome dinner. This will be a perfect opportunity to interact and introduce ourselves.
On Saturday morning a self-service breakfast will be available until 10am.
Following this we will meet in the lounge where we will begin our workshop.
Lunch which will be served at 1pm until 2pm with the workshop continuing until 4pm. You will then have free time in which you can go and explore or take time out to relax. The evening meal will be served at 7pm.
Following breakfast we will resume the workshop at 10am with a break for lunch at 1pm until 2pm.
The workshop will continue until 4pm at which point we will close our circle and finish our time together.

The weekend is all inclusive and based on shared room accommodation.
The Cost per person is £350 with a non-refundable deposit of £100 payable on booking. The final balance will be due 8 weeks before. Payments to be made via BACS.
