Psychic and Psychic Artist

Hi my name’s Tracey and I have recently found myself being told by mediums that I am, what is referred to as a ‘psychic artist’.

This first started only a few months ago, when after meditations with the group, I would find myself with pen and paper and an urge to draw what I was being shown in my minds eye.

I believe my first drawing was actually of a spirit medium that had not long passed over to the spirit world and was a medium/healer herself who had worked very closely with my best friend and teacher Lynn.  I had only met this lady on two previous occasions and they were long before she had passed over to the spirit world.  If you asked me to describe her, I wouldn’t have been able to, and yet I found myself drawing this lady, who we will call Anne, and Lynn and another member of our group instantly recognised who she was.

Several weeks later, again after a group meditation, I found myself drawing a ‘flat cap’ and from that developed a face of an elderly gentleman. I then decided to sit quietly with the drawing and found that I received information about the gentleman I had drawn, again I didn’t know this man, but armed with the information I had received, which incidentally was the name of George, a man who enjoyed gardening, who rode a bicycle, had factory conditions around him and I also felt that he was a grandfather figure, from the paternal side of the family. Armed with this info together with other bits of information, I threw it open to the group and found one member saying ‘’that’s my granddad!’’.  That night he took the drawing home with him to show his parents.  He said that he had walked in the house and just held up the picture to show his mother, to which she responded, ‘that’s your granddad George!’  She then confirmed facts that I had given, that her son was unsure of, even down to the scarf I had drawn around his neck.

My next drawing began with the ‘eyes’ and from these, developed the face of a young girl, in her late teens.  Again I had sat quietly with the drawing and obtained information about the girl, however, this time I felt drawn to the person that the picture was to be given to, and my feelings were right.

I have added these pictures and a few others below, together with comments made by the people who received these pictures.

I feel very blessed to have received the opportunity to provide visual evidence to people, confirming that their loved ones are still very much with us, and hope to continue and develop this gift further.

What is Psychic art?

Psychic art is one of the lesser known psychic skills, but also one of the most fascinating.  Mediumship takes many forms – seeing (clairvoyance), hearing (clairaudiant), feeling (clairsentient), but actually being able to draw spirit – now that’s a WOW!!

Psychic art is being able to illustrate a likeness of someone in the spirit world connected with you; this could either be a guide or a loved one.

However, there are variations to what is known as psychic art, it could either be spiritually inspired art, or art that encourages a spiritual connection, of which the latter appears to be my forte at the moment.

How does it work?

Mediums are able to tune-in to energies and draw the image of someone connected to you, using clairvoyance and psychic impressions.  I myself find that I am given certain features of a person, i.e. heavy eyebrows, square jaw line, bulbous nose etc., and usually I don’t know who the person is, it is only after I have finished the drawing that I receive information about the person, and then not always…

Remember, you don’t have to be an artist to become a ‘psychic artist’.  Many psychic artists are not artistic at all, they gain that when spirit choose them to start drawing portraits of spirit people.

As a training psychic artist be ready for disappointment, as at first your work may not be recognised, but don’t let this set you back, and even if you are in a developing circle, you will probably be the only one developing this gift, as this is in fact the route that I appear to be taking.  Bear in mind you are really developing two gifts, one is your mediumship and two your psychic art.

Some psychic artists are lucky as they see the person they are going to draw standing in front of them, but if like me, you are just given features of the person, then you have to put your trust in spirit to produce what you need, when you do this, on the blank canvas you hold in your hands, you will see a portrait develop before your eyes.

Then, when you hand over your portrait and it is accepted and acknowledged along with any message you have to give, the feeling of exhilaration you have inside, lets you know that you have done the spirit world proud.
